You need JavaScript enabled to view it. are governed by the General Sales Conditions formulated in compliance with the legislation on contracts concluded outside the business premises and in particular by what is provided by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code).

 

Parts of the contract

The parts of the contract are as follows:

- caffegiordano  : caffegiordano di Paola Giordano & C.s.a.s  con sede in Pontecagnano Faiao (SA) via A.Vespucci snc -84098- Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Salerno, Tax Code and VAT number 05333310653.

- Customer: the final consumer or the natural   person who acts for purposes unrelated to his business and professional activity, identified through the site www.caffegiordano.it which has concluded an order accepted by caffegiordano.

 

Application and modification of the General Conditions of Sale

By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions of Sale. Caffegiordano reserves the right to change the General Conditions of Sale by giving notice on this page of the site. The applicable General Sales Conditions are those in force at the time an order is placed. Any changes will be effective after publication on the site.

 

Site registration

Registration with username and password is mandatory. Only the data necessary for delivery and billing of the order will be requested.

Features and prices of products or services

Product images may not be fully representative of their characteristics but may differ in color, size, accessory products shown. All support information to buy is intended as a simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.

The products are offered at the price indicated on the site on the date an order is placed.

Coffee products are removed from the sale 4 months before the expiration date.

Prices are inclusive of VAT which will be indicated in detail on the product purchase invoice. Prices do not include transport and delivery costs which are however indicated in the final section before sending an order and specified in the order confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer.

 

Order execution

Orders can be placed only from and for the following territories: Italian Republic, Republic of San Marino, Vatican City.

Orders are subject to minimum or maximum quantity limitations and the products are offered within the limits of stock availability.

Where existing, the promotional codes proposed by caffegiordano and its partners are valid only for the products and during the period from time to time indicated. Promotional codes are non-refundable and are not cumulative. To take advantage of discounts and / or offers linked to promotional codes, you must enter the promotional code in the appropriate space at the time of validation of an order on the site. In case of forgetfulness, an order cannot be canceled or renewed in order to take into consideration the promotional code.

Orders that come from people who have not reached the age of 18 will not be accepted.

Confirmation of receipt of an order and acceptance of the same

Following the receipt of a caffegiordano order, it will check the availability of the product ordered and only after this verification will it communicate its acceptance of an order and the shipment of the product.

In the event that caffegiordano is not able to fulfill an order received it will promptly notify the Customer.

Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and / or things caused by the non-acceptance of an order.

 

Accepted payment methods

Caffegiordano  accepts payment only through the systems listed below:

- Advance transfer.

- cash payment with cash for which a surplus of € 3.00 is provided

 

Product shipment

Product shipments and deliveries can be made exclusively in the territories of the Italian Republic, San Marino and Vatican City.

caffegiordano  will ship the products purchased exclusively to the destination specified in an order. We do not accept shipments to Post Boxes.

Caffegiordano  will ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the same, approximately within 24 working hours from acceptance of the order. Delivery generally takes place within 4 working days. The times given for receiving the goods are indicative.

Delivery costs are invoiced based on the rates indicated on the site on the date an order was sent.

The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of taxes and customs duties provided for by the legislation in force in the area of destination of the products.

Customer acceptance of the product

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately challenged by affixing a specific indication on the delivery document. By signing the courier document, the Customer certifies the actual external integrity of the product and the conformity of the delivery.

Billing

An invoice will be issued for each order of the private customer who has entered his tax identification number, and for each order of the professional customer or company with p. VAT. To issue the invoice, the information provided by the Customer upon placing an order is binding. No change in the invoice will be possible after its issue. When ordering, it is necessary to indicate if the shipping address is different from the billing address. If the private customer chooses not to enter his tax code, or the professional customer or company his own p. IVA, caffegiordano  will not issue an invoice or certify payment by issuing a receipt or tax receipt (articles 22, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72 and article 2, letter o) Presidential Decree 696/96)

 

Right of withdrawal and rules for return

Pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n.21 implementing Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights, the Customer can return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the purchase amount actually paid.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from receipt of the product in the following ways:

3. The Customer reports the RMA Number on the return form received following the communication of the Return Authorization Number (RMA).

4. The Customer is subsequently contacted by the courier to take charge of the return.

The return of the product must take place at the expense of the Customer.

The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product includes the shipping costs.

In the event that the value of the products has suffered a decrease caused by a manipulation different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, (by way of example: damaged products, not packed regularly or completely, or in which certain parts are missing or have been damaged, such as components, elements, accessories, packaging materials, boxes, documentation and / or other objects), caffegiordano will reimburse the customer for the purchase sum less the value of said decrease. In the event that the customer returns products beyond the above term or in the case of products that are open and / or partially used and that do not lend themselves to being returned, the right of withdrawal does not apply and caffegiordano will return the goods to the customer purchased by charging the same shipping costs.

With the aforementioned limitations, caffegiordano  will reimburse the amount actually paid by the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice by credit note on the bank account.

 

warranty

All products, other than foodstuffs, sold by caffegiordano are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for conformity defects pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002 and s.m. and articles 130 and 132 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To qualify for warranty service, the customer must keep the invoice. In case of replacement of the product, the return shipping costs are charged to the Customer. caffegiordano will then replace the product with an identical one or, in the event that stocks are exhausted and with an agreement with the Customer, with one of equivalent value.

 

Current law and competent court

The sale of products and / or services takes place in the territory of the Italian State and is subject to the laws in force in the Italian Republic. The competent court for the resolution of any dispute will be the Court of Salerno.
